REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with the Ordinance O.U.G. no. 34/2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 30 calendar days of receiving the package.

According to GEO 34/2014, food and cosmetic products are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

SC MISS CAKE TIM SRL offers you the opportunity to return the products within 30 calendar days, please make a return only after prior notification to the email address: info@pocsweets.ro or to the phone number: 0751 087 816

Products for which returns are not accepted are:

• Unsealed products.

Refund or return procedure:

• For a refund if you had problems with one or more products, please send us an email to the address: info@pocsweets.ro with pictures showing the problem with the product, no. Batch and expiry date, the refund will be made within 14 working days from the receipt of the refund request.
• To return the product, please notify in advance of the return intention through a written or verbal notification in one of the 3 ways:

1. to the email address info@pocsweets.ro
2. at phone number 0751 087 816
3. by post/courier or any other means of transport to the address Str. Pestalozzi no. 22, Timisoara, 300115

• The amount initially paid by the customer will be reimbursed, within 14 working days from the full receipt of the return package at the headquarters of Miss Cake Tim SRL.
• From this amount, the transport fees related to the return will be withheld.
• The transport costs will be paid in full by the customer.

Parcel returned without prior notice

If the return procedure is not followed, and the customer sends the package back without prior notice, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

In the event that a package that was sent by Miss Cake Tim SRL is not accepted by the recipient without a given reason and without prior notification by any means of contact: telephone, email, chat support, etc. the following measures will be ordered:

• only the online card payment method will remain active in the customer account for the following orders placed.

SC Miss Cake Tim SRL will always try to resolve any complaint amicably, by agreement between the two parties. In this regard, we provide you with an email address to which you can direct any notification or complaint to which we will respond within a maximum of 10 calendar days: info@pocsweets.ro.
